Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring inventory levels and communicating shortages, discrepancies, or risks.
  • Conducting regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain data integrity.
  • Supporting material flow between receiving, storage, and production areas.
  • Assisting with procurement activities, including tracking orders and following up with vendors.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve inventory organization, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Collaborating across teams and contributing where needed in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.

Preferred Experience / Technical Skills

We are most interested in candidates who are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an operational setting.

  • 3+ years of experience in inventory shipping/receiving, or a similar role.
  • Experience working with inventory systems or ERP platforms (Odoo or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in tracking and recording information.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort working with physical inventory and hands-on material handling.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies or process issues proactively.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

  • Experience in manufacturing, production, or hardware-focused environments.
  • Familiarity with inventory control best practices and cycle counting methods.
  • Experience contributing to process improvements in inventory or logistics workflows.

  • Comfort working closely with production and operations teams.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support where needed.
  • Accountability for your work and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Respect for shared workspaces and a sense of pride in maintaining an organized environment.
  • A valid driver’s license and ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.
