Zero Point Cryogenics (ZPC) proudly offers a 48-month warranty on all components manufactured by ZPC. This warranty ensures that all ZPC-manufactured parts are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

Warranty Coverage

Duration: 48 months from the date of installation.
Components Covered: All parts and accessories manufactured by ZPC.
Services Included: Repair or replacement of any defective component or part manufactured by ZPC.
Shipping Costs: ZPC will cover the return shipping costs for any component or part covered by this warranty.

Exclusions

Third-party components or parts are not covered under this warranty but are subject to the warranties provided by their respective manufacturers. ZPC will assist customers in obtaining warranty services from these manufacturers.
Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, unauthorized repair, modification, or other external causes.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, customers must contact ZPC Support Services by submitting a support ticket via email to support@zpcryo.com. A ZPC support representative will manage the support ticket and work with the customer to determine the nature of the problem and the appropriate resolution.
